3. How BusTrainBuy Works

- BusTrainBuy displays information or booking options supplied through an independent booking partner.
- The visitor selects an option and may be redirected to the relevant partner reservation platform.
- The partner platform displays the final availability, price, provider conditions, and booking information.
- The reservation and payment are completed with the relevant booking partner or transportation provider.
Search results, schedules, prices, currencies, travel times, seat availability, and route details may be supplied by independent partners and may change without notice.
The final and binding information is the information displayed by the relevant booking provider immediately before the reservation is completed.
4. What BusTrainBuy Does Not Do
Independent Search and Referral Service
BusTrainBuy does not:
- Operate buses, trains, stations, or transportation services.
- Act as the transportation carrier.
- Directly issue transportation tickets.
- Directly process customer payments.
- Store full customer payment-card information.
- Independently confirm or manage reservations.
- Decide whether a booking qualifies for cancellation or refund.
- Control delays, route changes, luggage rules, or transportation operations.
These services and decisions are managed by the booking partner, transportation provider, carrier, or other company identified during the reservation process.
5. Booking Partners
BusTrainBuy may provide access to reservation services supplied by independent booking partners and transportation providers.
Each partner operates under its own terms, privacy policy, payment rules, cancellation conditions, refund rules, and customer-support procedures.
Current Booking Partner: INFOBUS
Some transportation options available through BusTrainBuy use INFOBUS reservation technology or redirect visitors to an INFOBUS booking platform.
Reservations completed through INFOBUS are managed by INFOBUS and the relevant transportation provider.
For questions about an INFOBUS reservation, ticket, payment, cancellation, change, refund, luggage, delay, or transportation service, contact INFOBUS customer support directly.
Contact INFOBUS Customer SupportAdditional booking providers may be added to BusTrainBuy in the future. A provider will only be presented as an active booking partner after its integration or partnership has been confirmed.
6. Bookings and Payments
When a visitor proceeds with a booking, they may leave BusTrainBuy or use a booking interface supplied by an independent partner.
The reservation, passenger information, payment processing, ticket issuance, booking confirmation, changes, cancellations, refunds, and transportation service are handled by the relevant booking partner or transportation provider.
Before completing a reservation, visitors should review:
- The identity of the booking provider and transportation operator.
- The route, date, time, departure point, and destination.
- The final price and payment currency.
- Passenger-information requirements.
- Cancellation, change, and refund conditions.
- Luggage, boarding, visa, and travel-document requirements.

BusTrainBuy cannot access, modify, cancel, refund, or manage a reservation completed through an independent booking platform.
7. Affiliate Transparency
BusTrainBuy may receive a commission when an eligible reservation is completed following a referral from our website.
This commission does not normally increase the price paid by the customer and helps support the operation, maintenance, and continued development of BusTrainBuy.
A commercial relationship does not change the responsibility of the booking partner or transportation provider for the reservation and transportation service.

Although we aim to provide accurate information, route details, prices, schedules, and availability can change because they are supplied or controlled by third-party providers.
