2. About BusTrainBuy

BusTrainBuy provides tools that help visitors search for, discover, and compare bus and train transportation options and access reservation services supplied by independent partners.

BusTrainBuy does not operate buses or trains, act as a transportation carrier, issue transportation tickets, directly process customer payments, or independently manage reservations.

The availability of routes, schedules, fares, seats, luggage conditions, and other travel information depends on information supplied by booking partners and transportation providers.

3. Independent Booking Contract

When a visitor selects a route or booking option, they may be redirected to an independent partner reservation platform.

The reservation and payment transaction is completed on the relevant partner platform. The resulting booking or transportation contract is entered into with the booking provider, transportation provider, carrier, or other party identified during the reservation process—not with BusTrainBuy.

Before completing a reservation, users must review the identity, terms, conditions, privacy policy, cancellation rules, refund rules, luggage conditions, and other information supplied by the relevant provider.

4. Partner Responsibilities

The relevant booking partner or transportation provider is responsible for matters including:

• Reservation confirmation and ticket issuance.
• Passenger and booking information.
• Payment processing and payment security.
• Booking changes and cancellations.
• Refund eligibility and refund processing.
• Departure points, schedules, delays, and disruptions.
• Seat allocation and luggage conditions.
• Customer support related to the reservation.
• Performance of the transportation service.

5. Search Results, Prices and Availability

Search results, prices, currencies, schedules, route details, travel times, seat availability, and service information are supplied by independent partners and may change at any time.

The information displayed on BusTrainBuy is intended to assist users with searching and comparison. Final and binding information is the information displayed by the relevant booking provider immediately before the reservation is completed.

BusTrainBuy does not guarantee that every available route, operator, fare, discount, or transportation option will appear in the search results.

Currency conversions, where displayed, may be estimates. The amount and currency confirmed by the booking provider during checkout control the final transaction.

6. Ordering and Presentation of Results

Search results, popular routes, or recommended options may be presented according to factors such as route relevance, availability, destination, partner data, website configuration, visitor selections, or editorial arrangement.

The order in which an option appears does not guarantee that it is the cheapest, fastest, best, or most suitable option for every user.

Users are responsible for comparing the available information and choosing an option appropriate to their needs.

7. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate passenger and contact information.

BusTrainBuy is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information entered by a user, failure to review booking conditions, missing travel documents, or failure to comply with the provider’s instructions.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use BusTrainBuy to:

• Violate applicable laws or the rights of another person.
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorised information.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.
